SAP offers an extensive list of certification exams for solution consultants, technical consultants, and users. Below is a comprehensive list of the SAP certification exams along with links to registration and detailed information.
Few credentials in the world of business carry the value of SAP certification. Those who hold it have honed their skills through rigorous study or direct experience. They have demonstrated their abilities by passing demanding, process-oriented exams.
In addition to their knowledge, SAP-certified consultants and users have direct access to SAP’s vast network of resources. So they’re guaranteed the latest, most-up-to-date information about SAP solutions.
SAP offers these certifications:
- Solution consultant certification – This certification is available for specific SAP solutions. You can take the certification exams after completing the appropriate SAP Solution Academy course and case study, or the equivalent SAP standard curriculum at an SAP training center. If you already have significant experience implementing an SAP solution, you can take the exam without completing the course work.
- Technology consultant certification – If you complete the SAP Solution Academy or SAP solutions training classes, you can take the technology exam to become a certified technology consultant. If you already have significant experience in Basis, SAP system administration, or R/3 database administration, you can take the exam without completing the course work.
- Development consultant certification – This certification is available for individuals who are developing applications to interface with other SAP solutions. After you complete the necessary Solution Academy courses, you can take the technology exam to become and certified development consultant.
- SAP user certification – This certification lets you improve your SAP proficiency, increase your confidence as a user, and enhance your employability. User certification exams are available in several key areas. Please note that this certification is not available in all countries.
